Set Up Two-Step Verification

Connect Your Authenticator

1. Open My Profile from your account menu and find Two-Step Verification.
2. Start setup and confirm your password when prompted.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the current code to confirm setup.
4. Save your recovery codes somewhere private and separate from your device.

Use a Recovery Code

If your authenticator is unavailable, choose the recovery-code option during verification. Each recovery code can be used once.

You can generate a fresh set of recovery codes from your security controls. Generating a new set invalidates the previous set.

If you have lost both your authenticator and your recovery codes, contact your workspace administrator. Never share passwords, authenticator codes, or recovery codes in a support request.
