Reset Your Password

Request a Reset Link

1. Choose Forgot Password? on the login page.
2. Enter your account email address and submit the request.
3. Open the password-reset email and follow the link. Check spam if it does not arrive.
4. Choose a new password with at least 8 characters, save it, and return to login.

Expired or Missing Links

Request a fresh link if the previous link has expired or has already been used. For privacy, the confirmation screen does not reveal whether an email address has an account.

Resetting your password does not turn off two-step verification. You will still need your authenticator or a recovery code if it is enabled.
