Prepare and Issue a Report

Prepare the Report

1. Open the engagement report or choose the report from Reports.
2. Review the report sections, findings, scores, and report settings.
3. Resolve the readiness checks shown in the builder and complete the required sign-off.
4. Preview the report, then use the issue action when it is ready for the client.

PDFs and Revisions

PDF generation can take time. Wait for the report to be ready before downloading, and follow the error guidance if generation fails.

Use the revision workflow when an issued report needs changes. Check which version is issued before asking the client to review it.
