Findings use the 0–3 risk scale. The overall engagement risk is the highest risk among approved findings, rather than an average of finding risks.
Use your workspace risk-scoring guidance when selecting a rating. A missing assessment or finding is not evidence that an area is risk-free.
Auditors enter quality scores from 0 to 100 for applicable assessments. The overall quality score averages applicable approved assessments and excludes those marked N/A.
Quality and risk measure different things. Review both alongside the underlying evidence and findings when interpreting the audit.
