Record and Review Findings

Prepare a Finding

1. Open the engagement findings or Findings & Review from the sidebar.
2. Record the issue, supporting evidence, and recommendation in the relevant finding.
3. Choose a risk rating from 0 to 3 based on the audit methodology.
4. Submit the finding for review when it is complete. Address review feedback before approval.

Review Before Reporting

Reviewers should check that the evidence supports the finding and that its risk rating and recommendation are appropriate.

The overall engagement risk uses the highest approved finding risk. Draft or unapproved findings should be resolved through review before the report is issued.
