Follow Up on Your Action Plan

Update an Action

1. Open Action Plan in the client portal.
2. Review the finding and the recommended action with the person responsible.
3. Update the available ownership, due-date, progress, and response fields as work proceeds.
4. Save your changes and check the updated status before leaving the page.

Agree on Completion

Keep responses specific about what changed and what evidence supports completion. Coordinate with your lead auditor if you need clarification on a recommendation or further support.

Updating an action does not rewrite an issued audit report or its original findings.
